In order for Ennovate to survive in an industry of ideas, it is
critical that every employee takes on the role of eternal student.
Each employee knows that every day they come to work is an opportunity to
advance their knowledge, their position and our client's value in our
services.
As a small company, each employee is a genuine stake holder in our company's
success or failure. As such, each employee has been given stewardship
over his or her role and our client's trust. Such stewardship is of a
co-owner and not simply a hired hand.
We are
united in the adoption of Ennovate's core values so that clients see a
consistent, high quality level of expertise, service and support.
In order to best serve our clients, Ennovate will not make alliances with
product vendors, contractors or cater to other interests that may be
contrary to our client's best interests. It is critical with the trust
that we have been given to guard our client's best interest with no hidden
agendas.
In addition to conservation of our natural resources, it is paramount that
we improve the environment in every building that we touch. We shall
never sacrifice building environment and human comfort for cost savings.
As we have a limited amount of resources that have been given to us on this
earth, we at Ennovate are passionate about conserving these
precious natural gifts. We highly value the resources of time, energy,
water, environmental health and financial resources. As such, all of
our projects will reflect this core value.
How appropriate that we start our core values with the value of honoring God
in all that we do. It is our intent to seek God's guidance through
good times and bad and to remember that he has given us our gifts and
abilities that are not to be squandered. He has given us resources
that are not to be wasted. Honoring God should be reflected in how we
treat our fellow employees and serve our clients.
Advancement
As a service organization, responsiveness is a key
factor in success or failure. Our clients deserve
timely responses to their concerns. Although we
cannot be everywhere at once, we still must remain
responsive, attentive and empathetic to our client's
needs.
