In the energy efficiency industry, the needs to provide quality service to our clients is difficult to always predict.   Our resource fluctuations occur with both numbers of engineers and with skill types that we need.  Rather than employing all of these resources full-time, Ennovate draws from a pool of specialized resources that help out in high work load situations and when unique skill sets are required to fulfill client requirements.    This network of resources is informally called the Energy Professionals Network.
