Step 5 - Final Design

Ennovate completes final construction drawings and specifications.  The drawings are then submitted to the proper permit approving authority. 

Commitment Objective

These drawings are submitted to the client for review and approval prior to final implementation.

Financial Obligation

Ennovate submits an invoice for engineering work in accordance with the contract.  This is a fixed engineering fee.  On most of our projects, this amounts to a draw request to a lease-purchase company who pays us directly. No added financial obligation is incurred beyond Step 4.
