Step 6 - Implementation
This step is broken up into three subtasks:

After the contract is
executed, Ennovate holds a kickoff meeting with the client, contractors and
all stake holders to establish construction timelines and coordinate
activities.

The energy conservation
measures are installed in accordance with the contract documents with
Ennovate's project manager oversight.

Ennovate's creates and follows
up on any punchlist items for all subcontractors.
Ennovate completes the project informing the client weekly on progress.
Commitment Objective
The client interacts with the project manager during construction to coordinate
client activities.
Financial Obligation
Ennovate submits monthly invoices to the client that are paid based on progress
on the project. On most of our projects, this is a draft request to a
lease-purchase company who pays us directly. No added financial obligation
is incurred beyond Step 4.
