Step 7 - Verification

Ennovate commissions and verifies the proper operation of all energy equipment.  We are validating two items, energy efficiency of newly installed equipment and proper control and operation of new equipment.  This ensures that our client will get efficient proper operation for many years out of the project. 

Commitment Objective

The measurement and verification report or commissioning report is presented to the client for their approval.

Financial Obligation

Ennovate submits an invoice for final payment.  On most of our projects, this amounts to a draw request to a lease-purchase company who pays us directly. No added financial obligation is incurred beyond Step 4.
